Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
